Norton Children's Urology - St. Matthews

Very unhappy. Yes I showed up a few minutes late but within the 15 min window they gave! We get in check in, then the receptionist decided to say oh well wait let's see if she will still see you at this point its out of the 15 minutes. I sit down and another parent said they were on time for their appointment but they have now been in the waiting area over an hour. Very dissatisfied.

I took my baby for a consultation in the very beginning of October 2023. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks for a surgery scheduler to call me. It is now mid July 2024 and I still have not heard from anyone. We got one very delayed reply after leaving a message and were told we would be hearing from them soon…that was 4 months ago and still nothing. I have left messages since then and have not heard back. And this is after the doctor told us at the consultation how important it is to get our child’s surgery done early because the older he gets the harder it will be on him! Ridiculous and I do not recommend this place at all!

My son has been getting surgeries and going here since he was 6 months old, he’s now 8. In that time, we have had a total of four or five different doctors. Only one I had to request to be changed from the others have either been fired, or quit. I would like to follow the Doctor Who has been doing my son surgeries first we had Dr Mohamad and he did most of my son’s surgeries until all the sudden he was just gone no reason told to me other than I would have another doctor. We had a woman doctor. She was talking abounch of Frankenstein like stuff in the doctor room and I decided I did not trust her at all with my child’s care. Good luck getting anything scheduled with this place. Broken promises, lies, and still even when you give them the benefit of the doubt…. They fail AGAIN. My son was seen June/July for a consultation for dr white . We were told after his first birthday we would receive a call about getting him schedule for his surgery. From June/july 2023 till January 2024 we never heard a peep. I called after my son turned one to get info, I was then told we would receive a call within two weeks to get everything schedule. That never happened. I called left a VM, no call returned. I waited…. And waited….. AND waited. No call. So I called everyday for a week and left VM on multiple peoples phones. Again no call returned. I would be ok if we got someone who knew what the hell was going on in this place but

Just spoke to one of the front desk/scheduling ladies. Very rude from the start! Proceeded to say they would transfer me to a nurse but forgot to then loudly told a coworker how I was getting on her nerves. I said “excuse me” so she hung up quickly! Absolutely terrible!!!!!
