I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and follow-up from this office regarding a billing issue that could have been easily resolved. A lab order from Dr. Brian Posnansky was submitted with a wrong diagnostic code, which resulted in my insurance denying coverage and leaving me with a $451.50 bill. Both Labcorp and my insurance company clearly stated that the issue could only be resolved if the diagnostic code was corrected and the claim resubmitted by the doctor’s office. I have personally visited the office nearly 10 times and followed up repeatedly with the front office manager, Corey Templeton, requesting help to correct and resend the claim. Very thankful for this office and the care they provide to my family! I have never had an issue getting a same day sick appointment, and the office is responsive to any messages. All of the doctors, nursing staff and office staff are informative and helpful. We also never wait in the lobby long to be seen for an appointment, which is also a huge plus.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Donovan! He is thorough, educated and extremely comforting to the patient and the family. He is not just a doctor rushing to get to the next patient. He listens, answers all (even silly) questions and never makes you feel as if you are inconveniencing him. He is truly a rare gem in the healthcare field. We are so lucky to have him! The office staff has always been welcoming and polite. Belinda is wonderful, she greets you with a smile and interacts with the kiddos.

This is the best pediatric office in Kentucky. My son has been here since birth and every time it has been great. Dr. Posnasky is a great doctor and you can really tell he enjoys what he does. Love this office! Front desk is very nice as well and always helps us with food orders. We are moving an hour away and I’m definitely making the hour drive just to keep Dr. Posnasky as my sons doctor!

We absolutely love him and are so blessed to have found a pediatrician that is as great with adults as he his with kids. He's practical, he listens, and he always has the whole health of our children in mind. Likewise all the other physicians, nurses and staff have been helpful, kind, caring, and understanding.
