NorthWood Medical Center’s staff and Dr. Siya have been exceptional in every way. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team is welcoming, organized, and efficient. Nurses and support staff are kind, patient, and clearly dedicated to their patients’ comfort and care. Dr. Siya is thorough, compassionate, and a great listener. They take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options in a clear, reassuring way, and you never feel rushed or dismissed. It’s very clear that patient well-being is the top priority. Overall, NorthWood Medical Center and Dr. Siya provide a level of professionalism, respect, and genuine care that is hard to find. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent medical care.

Absolutely love Sayeh Araghi, PA. She takes the time to listen, never once making you feel like she is just trying to get to the next patient. She is very compassionate and cares about the person as a whole. I highly recommend her. From the front office staff, to the lab technician, to Sayeh...such a great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Araghi’s long before he opened his practice. He was a physician through the CFVMC. When Dr. Araghi opened his practice I became one of his first patients to his practice. Over the years, my husband and I have recieved nothing less than excellent care with kindness and compassion. Dr. Araghi and his PA, Sayeh Araghi are thorough and have identified concerns I did not even know I had. Due to their expertise, knowledge and compassionate care, Northwood Medical will continue to be my primary physicians of choice. I’m a known as a person, not a chart number. Absolutely with a doubt the best Doctor and PA in Fayetteville. When I worked in ER approximately 20 years ago. I was asking nurses and Doctors who is the best Primary Care in Fayetteville? Everyone I talked to went to Northwood Medical. I took my elderly mother (excellent care and referrals if needed). You know the 15 minute rule for many Doctors? Not at Northwood! Actually cares about their patients. So my mother went there 20 years. I have been going 18 years. My daughter 8 years. So please if you are looking for the best Primary Care and excellent staff call them. Tell them Linda Butler referred you. 5 Star office❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love Sayeh Araghi PA, at Northwood Medical Center. She is very intelligent in all your health problems and she actually listens to your worries and concerns. She checks you medically and emotionally and you can't find that compassion anywhere else.The staff is so sweet from the receptionists, MA's, Labs and Tammy Strickland is absolutely professional and wonderful.I have sent my friends there and they are as pleased as I am and have thanked me countless times.I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
