Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care West Loop

I was there with terrible flu like symptoms so already feeling vulnerable and weak, the front desk staff was great checking me in but when I was called back by the medical Assistant (jessie) he called me in, never introduced himself, let the door go on me which hit me on my shoulder, then when we got to the room he was irritated and aggressive slamming cabinet doors and had a terrible attitude. The room he brought me in had used table paper so I sat in the chair instead. He said he was going to do a swab to test for covid and flu and then he jabbed the swab so hard up my nose that my head went back and I hit my head with the corner of a metal picture frame they have hanging there. I asked to get someone else to do my swab and he didn't even bother to ask if I was ok even tho he saw me hi

Came here after a very scary incident where I thought I was drugged and unsure if sexual assault occurred. I told the medical assistant at the front, while crying. I proceeded to see a nurse, who did not ask me any questions about the drugging or assault, he only asked about my sickness symptoms. When the female doctor herself came in, I asked her if it was shared with her what happened and she said no. She was very concerned annd shocked. She told me I should have been directed to an ER right away and she could not help me. I also paid the $50 co pay in person at the doctor. Now a month later, I am getting phone calls from billing department saying I never paid it. I PAID IN PERSON.
