The team at Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care was fantastic! The nurses were fast, attentive, and incredibly professional, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone in need of quick and easy!

Suberb walk-in service. Fast sign in. Short wait time in waiting room and in-room. Tech and doctor were great, fast, very informative and excellent applied medicine. Got solid prescription for issue with refill and outgoing follow-up information packet. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Walked in on Christmas Eve with what I thought was a sprained ankle. The Ultrasound tech volunteered to work through her lunch break to give me an immediate test, which enabled the doctor to diagnose a life threatening condition. They are dedicated, thorough, and friendly. If you need immediate medical care, these are the people you want to help you.

Needed urgent care in Crystal Lake. Website said no appointments, walk in only. Got to urgent care and was told no walk in and no appointments available. My husband has COPD and now a respitory infection of some sort. After going out in the cold he's now worse than ever.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this immediate care. I've been here quite a few times in the past 3 months with different family members, and they've always ALWAYS been friendly, attentive, and seen us right away. They give sound advice about the health issues we had (note to those out there saying they didn't provide great treatment -go see your actual PCP if things dont improve.) Either way, this NW has been top notch. No complaints!
