Northwestern medicine

First off, I have to say that the Crystal Lake facility is clean, organized, and the staff from A to Z is competent and friendly. This rating is for the NWM organization, not this specific facility. Talk about over charging for services! My previous doctor (outside of Illinois) had brand new ultrasound system and charged around $450 for an echocardiogram, done in their office. NWM charges almost $5,000.00 dollars for the same procedure. Talk about unethical.... currently looking for a different health provider.

This is healthcare the way it should be. Everyone from the check in/out staff to the nurses and doctor were efficient, super friendly and polite. The appt was on time with very little waiting. I can't think of anything that could be improved.
