We love our PA Jennifer Zellner. My husband and I trust her we won't go anywhere else! She is patient, kind and takes time to listen...very responsible!

This place has been taken over by LVHN. Everyone from the receptionist at the front window, to the CBA Alina who did my BP and other stats, to the doctor (Dr Shiwdin) were LOVELY. Very nice people and it’s my new go to for care.

Dr. Panik had too many patients and when I asked him to NOT tell my mother that we requested to have her checked for Dementia and I wanted PROFFESSIONAL Priviledge--so she would think the test routine at her age--the first words out of his mouth was BLANK and BLANK wanted me to give you this mental test! AND today after we left about 15 years ago--they sent me a form to fill out for my next visit?????

I had quite a few bad experiences here but for some reason decided to give it one more shot. I am young, but no where near uneducated, and I feel as if they treated me like a child and didn't take me seriously. I would not have gone to the doctor in the first place if I were not truly concerned about my health. Dr. Jin disregarded my issues and told me to take Motrin, which it clearly states on my chart I am allergic to. She was in and out in two minutes tops. I will never go back and I now have to pay far to much for absolutely nothing.... I expect my doctor to work with me to help solve my issues, not to push me out the door just to make a profit and move on to the next patient.

This place is filled with unprofessional, rude and insidious people. First Dr. Panik and the staff at this place never properly treated our son and then Lisa in billing began calling and harassing our family after we told them we were leaving to get our son proper care and they refused to transfer his medical records, they delayed our son receiving medical care because of their arrogance and complete disregard for a patient's health! I would not go here if I was dead, it is the most unprofessional and horrible place and should be shut down for negligence and malpractice!!!!!
