Northwest Urgent Care

NWTX Urgent Care always has the best customer service and the receptionist is always kind and patient. I appreciate the Medical Team for taking care of me every time I visit, even though I wish it was not so often 😅.

The wait was a little long but the staff was kind and professional. The CMA made my baby feel comfortable when swabbing her nose to test for flu and Covid. We always choose this Urgent Care because they are very proficient. We always have a positive experience there.

Able to schedule appointment for the morning before going to bed. Although I still waited over an hour after my appointment time to get back to the room to see the Dr., the experience wasn’t bad. Nurse practitioner was professional & courteous. It IS sick season!

Very nice staff. I don’t care how long it takes as long as I’m greeted with a smiling face. The doctor was super sweet. The nurses were also great.

I went in at 7:20 as a walk in and filled out my paper work and immediately got sent to the back to be seen. They immediately called my medicine in. Very nice staff. They make it quick and easy and get you taken care of. I will be back when needed!!
