Northwest Therapeutic Massage

Drew is fantastic! I don’t consider his skill to be traditional massage, but more so body work. It’s very interactive in order to get the best results possible, and he always seems to find knots or problem areas I didn’t know existed until he gets in there! He is so knowledgeable and will explain the muscles and what’s he’s doing as he’s doing it. I even bring my 11 year old who is a competitive travel softball player and he does a great job with her. I recommend him to everyone and they always come back singing his praises!

I had severe trigger point pain in my back that radiated down my arm, leaving me in chronic pain for four months. No other therapeutic modalities were working, and I was feeling hopeless. Then I came to see Drew. He was able to get to the root of my problem, and his expertise in therapeutic massage techniques made all the difference. I am happy to say that I am now pain-free and feeling so much better. Drew is highly skilled and professional, and he’s now a staple in my journey to staying pain-free. Drew has been working on my mom for a while so I decided to try him out. Let me just say, I’m SO thankful I did and sorry it took me so long to write this review. I’m an ex volleyball player and my hitting shoulder has always given me heck… as I’ve gotten older, it’s gotten worse. I was to the point where I had severely diminished range of motion in my right arm/shoulder. Being a mom of two toddlers, I really needed help! The massage was intense (in a good way!) and unlike anything I’ve experienced and I’ve gotten massages my entire life. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, and I felt comfortable as he utilized various techniques through our session. As far as Massage Therapists go Drew Nelson is by far the best. I have received massages from Drew for 3 years and because of Drew I have been able to continue my active lifestyle. As a tennis player i have had many issues involving my feet, wrist, arm, shoulder, back, ankle, quads , calves, and IT band. Drew is so knowledgeable and uses a variety of techniques to relieve my pain and stiffness. i have never had an issue with my body that Drew has not been able to fix. . He is a dedicated, compassionate and talented massage therapist and if you are reading this review and trying to decide whether you should call Drew for an appointment please do because your body will thank you! I am so happy I found Drew. All of the massages I’ve had in the past have never been deep enough, nor have they addressed the root cause of my pain and tension. I hit the jackpot with Drew, and plan on being a long term client. Drew is a delight to talk to and he is very knowledgeable and caring.I recommend him enthusiastically, if you really want to address your muscle pain and tension.
