I was so impressed with the care all the girls gave me, very professional but personable too. Explained each step of all the tests. Walked me from one test to another. Blanket before I even asked for it, wow!! I was cold.. they worked as a team, it was wonderful. When you go for tests, like I did, I was very nervous, they eased my nerves. GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU LADIES, I remember Taylor, and Mariyn, but there was 3 more.

The team at NW TX Healthcare Sysems hospital is an excellent well oiled machine. Everyone involved provided not only outstanding care but also the level of compassion to demonstrate they care. The ONLY downside was poor communication about the different findings and doctor's plan. Blood was drawn and little if any information about it was conveyed. The doctors did a great job but I was largely in the dark about where in the process we were. These are highly trained intelligent individuals. I am sure they are capable of fully explain information to the patients. They need to be given the time to do so.

I recently had surgery here and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The pre-admission staff and registration/billing team were friendly, patient, and helpful, which made the process much less stressful. My surgeon was excellent, and the nurses who cared for me before and after surgery were outstanding. I did have some difficulty coming out of anesthesia and ended up needing to stay overnight instead of being discharged the same day, but the staff handled everything professionally and with great care. Everyone checked on me often, explained what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable and safe. Even though things didn’t go exactly as planned, I always felt well cared for and supported. Oh my goodness it’s a wonderful clinic! The girls at check in/out were very warm and friendly! The wait was minimal. It was a new patient visit to establish with a new PCP. I loved Dr Goetz!! I am very happy to say I found my new PCP! Thank you to everyone there. The young lady in the lab was also lovely and did a great job with the lab draw it was pain free. They have already called with lab results. I’m just thrilled!

I don't take writing this review lightly! I had an extremely difficult experience in the ER. I was transferred to NWTH from BSA for a Hand Surgeon. I had a broken finger and 5 inch laceration on my hand as a result of a dog bite. The admitting nurses were kind and supportive.. but the ER physician was not. He informed me that the only reason the transfer center accepted me was to make money. He went on to tell me my injury was "no big deal..it's gonna suck for 4-6 weeks." He forced my broken finger straight which was excruciating.. I begged him to stop, but he continued, and did so w/o pain medication. He went ahead and stitched up my laceration, and told me to follow up with the hand surgeon the following week. I politely questioned him multiple times, but to no avail. After the sutures,
