I had an excellent experience at NWO Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I truly appreciated the level of care and respect shown by everyone. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place like NWO Urgent Care that provides high-quality service when you need it most. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Toledo area looking for prompt, reliable, and caring urgent care services!

8am first one in the door. Greeted by Gamie. Very friendly, efficient-and welcoming Receptionist. 8:20 AM I was taken back to the examination room. The most friendliest nurse did all my tests checking for strep, flu etc. 8:31 AM. Still waiting on the doctor to enter the building! By doing this survey you are entered into a $100 gift card Drawing. I’m sure my name won’t be in the drawing. There should definitely be a clause stating doors open at 8 AM doctor arrives Whenever he feels like it! 8:37 AM still no doctor In the building! 8:40 After seeing the doctor, He knew I was in a hurry to get out and back to work ! He was very friendly and efficient! Just needs to be on time! if his employees are on time so should he be here!

Super clean, very professional and fast staff. Was super happy to discover these guys are still open! My biggest complaint was getting a life lecture about choosing to be a smoker...seemed like there was a hard focus on that instead of what I came in for. And not really listening to my past medical history to show other concerns where already addressed. Again not even what I came in for. Glad they made me aware to pay attention to it. Just would be great to have less lifestyle judgement when seeing medical assistance. Especially when you pay out of pocket for it!

The staff here were absolutely amazing!! The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were all very polite. I was having a bad day,and they made it much better with their thorough medical attention, and upbeat personalities. I felt they were being very genuine and it was almost shocking compared to most of the places I've been to. Shocking in a good way.

Great quick service with smiling people. When you are sick you want someone that looks like that want to be there for you. This is that place. The Dr is attentive and give a thorough exam so that nothing is missed. I'm glad I have Northwest Urgent Care to come to when I have health care needs
