Northwest Ohio Urgent Care - Reynolds Toledo OH

Was there for an hour and never got taken back. One other person in the waiting room before me. The office manager (I assume) took a call from a patient and when she hung up proceeded to talk about how “pissed” she was at the doctor for promising some paperwork. She then went into another room, door closed and continued to complain about him and cussing. I know everyone cusses but this was highly unprofessional. And for someone who doesn’t feel good whatsoever and to hear that, then never be seen, I left and went to a different urgent care that I was taken back right away and they were pleasant and polite. I’ll never try to go back to this urgent care again.

I have been here 3 times in the last 12 months, because it takes a long time to see my Doctor. All 3 times my wait was less then 10 minutes. Very friendly and competent medical staff. Unlike a lot of other places they seem to care and not treat you like an inconvenience. The nurse you see, Andrea I believe her name is, one of the friendliest I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend.

Been here twice. Both times very friendly and comfortable. My 3yo had a daycare physical and just came back for him limping and he had an X-ray. Very nice staff. We went to Great Lakes Urgent Care before on Dixie Hwy and they are the polar opposite; mean, cold, impersonatable! I am comfortable bringing my child here. Thank you.

Horrible. Been waiting over an hour for a drug test to just pee in a cup. Staff couldn't really tell me much about the wait or another place to go to get urine tested. It's to the point to where the client actually HAS to use the bathroom he's been holding it so long. I understand that it's urgent care but there's no urgency about anything they do, you can't set up appointment and it's only open until 8pm? Urgent care is kinda contradictory to the service. Just saying. Never would I come back here again.

Had a UTI and at the first sign of back pain - went to see them as my regular doctor for the past 20 years retired and finding a new primary care physician is like switching ISPs to me and I haven't done it. FIrst visit - the place is clean and the staff is really friendly. I was seen within about 10 minutes of arriving and they were very thorough and answered all my questions (and I had a LOT) and special thanks to Dr. Claudia Rodriguez for making sure I got the right antibiotics as I am allergic to a lot of them and they gave me solid follow up instructions. I don't give many 5 stars but they earned one from me.
