Northwest Medical Center - Springdale

Very pleasant experience for outpatient surgery. From check in to when I was released. The nurses were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The anesthesiologist was awesome and friendly too. I felt really comfortable and was well taken care of. I was really nervous and they showed a lot of compassion and kindness. No issues or complaints. My nurse went over my post-op care prior to surgery and that was helpful. Thank you to everyone in the Jones Clinic Outpatient Center!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly cannot say enough good things about Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. They prioritize safety, pain management, compassion, and respect, and it shows in every interaction. Even though I didn’t want my bed alarm on for example Sierra explained and prioritized safety so I understand and commend her. She just didn’t want me to fall. My night nurse, Madison, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to educate me on everything I needed. She made sure I was comfortable and never once made me feel like a burden. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I am very grateful your hospital accepts our MD savers vouchers or I would not have been able to afford my tests and now I know I have a growth on my adrenal gland. Praying its not cancer, but so glad I had MRI done or would never had known I had it.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Northwest Medical Center – Springdale. From the moment I walked in, every single person I encountered — from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors — was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. I had several nurses while I was in pre-op, and each one of them took the time to explain what was happening, check on me, and make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Their compassion truly made a difference during what can be a very nerve-wracking time. In post-op, I was cared for by two absolutely amazing nurses — Miss Mae and Jerry (I believe those were their names). They were attentive, gentle, and so genuinely kind. I was in the GI ward on the 5th floor for over a week. Not only was this the most comprehensive care I have received in 40 years of my life, but the staff (nurses, aids, doctors, specialist and even the cleaning staff) were all stars. From Josh, Chrissy, Denea, Chrisleen, darleen, Carolyn, Dani, Doctor Lavender and many many more were beyond what I expect a medical staff to be. They showed compassion, care and humanity to me while the medical issues I was dealing with was anything but. I felt like I was never left in the dark. Everything was explained to me in ways that I not only understood but learned from. Never once did I see a staff member without a smile, ready to assist you with any need I had.
