First thing I one to say is that the nurse leader is very stock up. Plus don't know how to put a damn IV. I had multiple seizures the full time I was starting there. They just brushed it off. Tell I had a big one yesterday. It was not a stroke. Because I know my own body. There food is very bad. They need to make better quality of food. There were only a few text that were rude and nures as well. Most of the time my stay was so so. One person who needs a big upgrade that is Megan and Kathy.

My brother just spent several days in Northwest. When we read the reviews, I was really worried about him being admitted here. But he reported that it was a really nice facility! He commented several times that everything was nice and clean and that the staff treated him with respect and dignity. Nobody wants to find themselves in a position to need behavioral health services. But Im leaving a review in case another worried family member is reading through these reviews and feeling really unsure. It’s a good place. Honestly! If any staff is reading this review, my brother wants you to know that James Allen really appreciates everything you did for him!

You can be in two places, the dayroom or your room. No outside. The staff restrained me to a table for not following directions. They wanted me to stop crying on the floor. I got shoots.
