Easy to book online. Three wonderful massage therapists to choose from, each with their own expertise. I really love the atmosphere of the location too, set in a stripmall but when you go inside it feels like a warm, inviting house. I really love this place!

I went in really looking forward to this massage, hoping for some peace and relief, but unfortunately the experience was not what I had hoped for. The massage lacked flow or rhythm it felt more like the therapist was just using her fingertips to poke or push down randomly rather than actually working the muscles. Even after I asked for lighter pressure, it still felt uncomfortable. What really concerned me was that she only massaged the right side of my neck, and applied so much pressure that it’s now painful to the touch, just below my ear. She didn’t touch the left side at all, and I felt too uncomfortable to speak up again. There was no rhythm or use of both hands in a way that felt relaxing. I went for my first massage on Monday, June 30th. My masseuse was Donna, and she was fantastic! Donna kept asking me where I wanted more or less pressure. She also was very aware and careful about my dialysis fistula. I will be returning along with my wife!! Thank you, Donna!!

After trying a ton of other places for deep tissue massage, Northwest Massage Therapy takes the cake. Staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Both receptionists go above and beyond to make sure customers have a good experience like keeping appointment change requests in mind or small holiday treats, etc. Marge has even helped when my car needed a jumpstart. My regular massage therapist Rachel does an amazing job every time. She always makes sure to really understand what you want out of your massage and does an excellent job incorporating feedback as she works. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you get the buy 5 get 1 free package. Overall a well run business with excellent staff and great value.

Highly recommend! I've been a client for over ten years. The owner Bobby and all the other therapists I've had over the years have all been of the highest caliber. Everyone is professional, the place is clean and relaxing. And I really appreciate that they follow COVID protocol. Lately I've been seeing Tracy who is amazing; I feel she goes over and above at every appointment. Bottom line: highly recommend without hesitation!!
