Northwest Family Clinics Urgent Care Rogers

Dr. Stuart at the Rogers location is without a doubt the best provider I have ever had!! He provides compassionate and very thorough medical care. He listens carefully to your concerns, answers all your questions, and works together to create an acceptable care plan. He helped save my life and get me through an incredibly difficult year when experiencing some very serious health issues. I have been going to this clinic for the past 30+ years and all the providers there are great, along with the office staff, nurses, lab techs, etc. I will never go anywhere else.

If I could give them less than a 1 I would. We went into urgent care on a Thursday evening for an injury to my daughters hand. We were the only ones in the building and still took a long time to be seen. They did inform us they couldn't do an x-ray at urgent care (I already knew this) and if needed we would need to come back. That was ok. We did come back the next morning at 8am for the x-ray and were told they had to send out the xray to get it reviewed. It could take a day or two. So we waited all weekend (they said the might call over the weekend because they are open). Nothing. Monday evening I left a voicemail and finally heard back today (Tuesday). First of all, they blamed me for leaving my voicemail on the wrong vm. I just called and asked to talk to someone after explaining t

I really like my doctor, Dr. Purifoy, and her staff is also very good, the only reason it’s not five stars, is it’s difficult sometimes to get an appointment. Otherwise, this is a very good place to have as a primary care physician, with a good staff, knowledgeable, and caring.

The Rogers Clinic is always friendly and on time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment . Dr Stewart is very caring and listens to all my concerns. He always makes me feel comfortable just an all-around great doctor! John L.

Call the phone number and then wait to get transferred.And it's just a dead dial tone. Super professional. Outstanding service.🤔 Do not come to this place on a Saturday or Sunday. Because they don't have lab technicians that can actually diagnose you. You come in saying you are sick or the person you are with is sick, congested, has a cough and what are they gonna tell you? Yes, so it's respiratory, most likely viral, but we can't do the tests on weekends. Why is this place even open as an urgent care? if you can't fully diagnose somebody and give them antibiotics for what you know is viral...why are you open just to bill peoples insurance and make money
