Northwest Compounding Pharmacy

Great little place for the meds you need! I LOVE the antique pharmacy displays. Just to clear some things people may not know- A compounding pharmacy is NOT a bad or low quality pharmacy! It kinda means a "mom and pop" type pharmacy that is not paid for by big pharma. BUT!!! They actually have MORE inspections that bigger pharmacies because the aren't paid off.

NW Compounding Pharmacy is a small store that produces patient-specific medications and similar items. The staff were very pleasant and helpful about my new prescription. 🙂

NW Componding Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have experienced. The pharmacist is rude and disrespectful to his customers. The staff lose faxed requests and then deny receiving them. Plus, it is ridiculous they still require faxes. We spent hours trying to either get a prescription filled and subsequently moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy because of their incompetence.

This is the best pharmacy! They are so courteous, efficient, fast, and reordering is a snap. I have used them for years and there has never been a screw up or problem unlike some of the regular pharmacies I have to use for other types of meds. One my cats was getting a compounded medicine for a while, and when they found out that she had passed, I even received a sympathy card from them. I was so surprised and touched. I wish more pharmacies operated in such a fashion.

They help us compound medicine for our family and have always been helpful and efficient.
