I have a comprehensive BCBSIL PPO plan, and I couldn’t believe the bill I received from this facility for urgent care. I understand the copay, but what they charged for routine blood work and urinalysis is extremely high, and much more than insurance would cover. Also, I found the second nurse I saw, who explained the test results, to be dismissive. She cut me off mid sentence multiple times when I was explaining my symptoms. I recommend staying away because of their billing practices.

I came to the immediate care on 1/5 and was seen by Dr. Jamie Anticevich. And I have to say hands down she was the best doctor I have ever seen. I have been to this care a few times in the past. I was happy with how she treated me and she cared. Also June the nurse who works there is simply amazing.

I was extremely impressed with the care I received today. Registration did not take long. Evaluation from the nurse promptly was promptly completed, with history, meds and vitals. The physician was very friendly and complete. She ordered a X-ray and informed of her planed treatment. Chest X-ray was completed and reviewed quickly. This is important as most immediate care facilities have No x-ray service. I had lung treatments and had an antibiotic prescribed. I am very happy with professional, pleasant people who cared for me. Thank you to all at the Roselle Road Immediate care facility.

I arrived feeling unwell, suffering from a sore throat that made speaking difficult. While I was attempting to communicate and explain my symptoms, the lady at the front desk shouted, 'I can't hear you!' Unfortunately, due to my throat pain and voice loss, I was unable to respond. This behavior was quite rude. I understand that the staff may be busy and overwhelmed, but at no point should I have been shouted at.

I had to spend part of Christmas Day there with my son, because he was all Christmas Eve with a fever too high, all the staff, doctors and nurses were very attentive and kind to my little one. They asked him questions about Santa and Christmas and made his trip to the emergency room a little more enjoyable. He really hates going to the hospital but this day was accomplished without much crying (although there was a bit of crying in the COVID and flu tests. LOL) thank you all so much for the amazing service❤️ I had a long time without treating my child so well in an emergency room
