Northwest CHC Pharmacy on Hwy 2

Been a customer now for five years with no issues but lately I’ve been told that my prescriptions would be ready on a certain day and when I arrive on the following day my order still isn’t ready. I get told to either wait 15 minutes or come back. I come back over an hour later and they still are not filled. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted when I have things to do and I keep returning to promises not kept.

Bought a gag gift yesterday, tried to use it and it doesn't work. Was told by staff I can't have a refund and can't exchange for another item...I can only get an exchange of the same item. Which is garbage! Dollar store gift is better, bigger, and it works! Definitely something wrong with this picture!! Also asked for them to make sure the other one works and I was told he couldn't do that. Not good business ethics with the gift shop section.

After using another pharmacy in town for quite a long time I made the switch to Granite (nothing against the other store, just needed a change!) The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, check their prices on other items aside from prescriptions when in need. I have found them to be very competitive, even beating the "big city" Walmart, Amazon, etc. Great crew..thanks to you all!!

Wonderful young lady behind counter came out to great us and inquire how she could help. Told her of my sprained ankle. Discussed options, and then highly recommended KT Tape (she played sports in HS). Not only this, but she then went to review YouTube videos on specific "wrap" techniques for my pain location and assisted. Wow...

Great service. The wait is never very long. Great people thank you Kelly
