Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Went there because I tried to reach the Northwell Shirley office, no one answered the phone kept receiving the message my call was import and please wait for the next staff member and I was number one in the queue. I held on for 20-25 minutes and no one ever picked up. This was totally unacceptable. Carol Sicignano

The NP that took care of me was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff was welcoming, thorough and professional. This was my first use of an urgent care facility and I was pleasantly surprised. I have received less competent care in a private practice. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Wasn’t confident with the PA Delille assessment of my 7 year old child her tonsils were enlarged and touching and she had a very deep tight cough. As soon as I left that office, I felt a strong urge to take her somewhere else for a second opinion. But I didn’t immediately. I continued with nebulizer treatments as recommended. But when I took her to her pediatrician they could tell she had bronchitis and gave her antibiotics. I feel he didn’t listen closely to my daughter and he didn’t listen to me her mother who knows her child… wanted to make jokes about can you believe I was once 7 and I was once in fist grade once more worried about being liked by my daughter than checking her out. Wouldn’t recommend.

I typically despise having to go to urgent care centers, even when I have no choice in the matter. But this place is very different. Yes, they were very busy, but they apologized for the delay in seeing me and everyone was simply wonderful to deal with. From the receptionist (Ilaisiah), to the assistant (Taylor), and the nurse practitioner (Devon), everyone was friendly and helpful in any way they could be. (Sincerest apologies if I have any titles incorrect or names misspelled). Ilaisiah even went out if her way to help folks get quicker appointments at other locations! I cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend this location should you find yourself in need of medical assistance.

This urgent care is a place where you can truly feel confident seeking treatment. From check-in to discharge, the staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The clinic was clean, organized, and well run, and the provider took the time to explain everything clearly. What makes this location special is the genuine care they show for their patients. It’s clear this team wants people to heal and feel supported. Even when I misplaced my splint, they handled it with kindness and understanding and made sure I was taken care of. This is a well-managed, compassionate facility, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for quality care.
