Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

I went for an infection and the staff were very friendly and kind. I didn't wait more then 5 minutes to be checked in with my insurance, and then almost immediately got taken back to see the nurse/doctor. Other urgent cares don't offer this type of quick service, will definitely be coming back!

They don’t answer the phone. They email bill balances without explanation and or prior authorization, but demand full payment within 2 weeks. You’re a vendor Northwell, no different than Verizon. Improve your business practices!

Absolutely incompetent! Does not listen to patient concerns and offers outlandish diagnosis. Went for congestion and sinus issues and the PA kept telling me I had acid reflux! ARE YOU SERIOUS! Took 45 minutes to send my prescription to the pharmacy after they took my pharmacy information TWO TIMES! Staff discusses patient medical information in the lobby in front other patients! GO ELSEWHERE!

Very bad experience. I had an issue with the prescription and asked them to send it to other pharmacy of my choice and they take a while to even answer a call, it always goes in Voice mail. And they don't care to follow up. very bureaucratic and not customer friendly, if possible stay away from them.

Best urgent care I've ever been to. The staff is very caring and hospitable. Always leave with a solution and feeling at ease with the situation. Really love going here!
