The front desk was professional and courteous. The triage nurse and MD actively listened to my medical concerns. It was for a tooth but they understood the assignment!

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the billing practices of Northwell Health–GoHealth Urgent Care on Jackson Avenue in Syosset. I was seen at this location on May 27, 2025, and at the time of service I provided my insurance information, followed all required procedures, and paid my copay. On December 31, I received a bill for $593. When I contacted the urgent care, I was told to call my insurance company. My insurance company confirmed that they never received a claim for this visit and stated that because no claim was submitted within the required 180‑day filing window, they are unable to process it. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to explain things and listened to my concerns. The assistant was also very thorough and kind.

I recently visited urgent care and had a very positive experience. Dr. Daniele, who examined me, was extremely caring and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and provided clear instructions on what to do and what to avoid. Her professionalism and compassion were truly appreciated. I also want to recognize the two medical assistants, Jacika and Ayesha. Both were incredibly professional, cooperative, and efficient. They made sure everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to wait unnecessarily at any point during my visit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received. I truly appreciate the entire team for their excellent service.

Definitely recommend this lab. The entire experience was wonderful. The office was clean, staff was professional and welcoming. The women drawing my blood was exceptionally, I’m usually a very difficult draw and the women got it on the first try.
