Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

I went in today for an emergency appointment, and my stomach was in so much pain. I was vomiting and having insane diarrhea. As I went into the office, it took forever to get an appointment, what is the point of urgent. As I sat down, this black woman came up to me and told me to get up and get off the chair I looked around for help, the workers no clue in the world what is happening in their office. The seats, they’re all empty, we need more seating available. This lady was so disrespectful saying she needs the chair available to read a book to her grandson. Never have I ever got so much disrespect and put in so much pain. Knowing this women was not the patient, and yet she has the audacity to make me get up! Do better, care for your patients!

Had an awesome experience, the disposition of the staff was incredible every step of the way, from intake to vitals to treatment. The environment was clean and the treatment rooms spacious and the best part was the limited wait time. 10 out of 10 recommend!

All the negative reviews almost made me not go here. But let me say I was treated quickly and with such respect from the secretary, physician's assistant, and Physician. I booked an appointment online for 9am. Showed up 10 mins before. And was out before 10am with tests done and a prescription sent to the pharmacy I gave them. I was self pay and they were upfront with all the fees for my visit. They also have an app that I was able to download and set up in less than 5 mins that had my test results and medications they prescribed me. I was also given a doctor's note for work. I will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you for making my terrible sick day much smoother.

My visit to GoHealth NY was very satisfying. The wait time was minimal and the service I received was great. The physician took the time to explain to me my diagnosis and the treatment plan to take of my complaint. Also, the facility was clean and the atmosphere conducive. My overall experience with GoHealth NY was excellent.
