The receptionist was excellent. Kind considerate and a pleasure. So helpful and made me feel at ease. The doctor explained everything to Me several times so I would leave understanding the treatment. It’s day three and my sinus headache and eye pain is almost gone. Love this urgent care. It’s my go to when necessary.

I hope this review can bring this matter to the management and I hope you have video recording at the waiting room so you are able to confirm what happened. I also working at a medical field, we don't treat patients like that. I tried scheduled an appt online for New Year 1/1 but somehow the web site changed to 1/2 and I didn't notice. So I took my son there on 1/1 at 11:45am and tho that I had appt but the front desk said there were people tried to scheduled on 1/1 but turned out it was 1/2 because they were fully booked. She said its not her fault, its my fault that I didn't pay attention for the date. She refused to take us and asked us to come back next day when its our appt. Absolutely the worst experience. The doctor dismissed my symptoms and did not run a single test despite me clearly explaining that my ears were hurting. She briefly looked in my ear, said it was red, and told me to buy Allegra-D and Flonase instead of properly evaluating me. I left feeling unheard and concerned about my condition. That same night, I went to the ER where I was thoroughly examined and tested positive for strep throat and an ear infection, along with a high fever. This situation could have been addressed much sooner if my concerns had been taken seriously. I would not recommend this urgent care based on my experience.

Came in this office for the first time right before I almost died and they gave me nothing, didn’t listen & when I called to ask for a provider to call me back they were nothing short of RUDE. Thanks for not helping .. and I was almost hospitalized, they also wouldn’t give me a shot that I needed that my asthma depended on it and I progressively got so worse in the next 24-78 hours that I was in agonizing pain. If I know my body the best don’t you think that the doctor should’ve listened? Then when I expressed my cares and concerns the next day to the provider who called me over the phone, she was so nasty because I told her I had a bad experience, She made me feel less then, and afraid to the point where I was nice to her, but just didn’t want to deal with her.
