Yesenia Andre, who cared for my illness at the Port Wahington urgent care was absolutely spectacular. Caring, kind, listened, and took a few extra minutes to examine my issues. She deserves a BIG salute! I have experienced many visits to hospitals, urgent cares and my own GP, Yesenia is a natural healer!

Very poor experience at port Washington Northwell Health urgent care. Medical assistant very rude, rolling her eyes, leaned against the wall tapping her long nails on the wall because she was so annoyed waiting a few seconds for a blood pressure reading. When asked what medications I was taking she was very short fused, used a black sharpie marker and write the list of medications on a napkin. The attending "physician" or PA wouldn't look at the computer to review medications they recently prescribed then ordered the wrong medication putting my health in serious danger. I had to go back to urgent care in person because no one answers the phone, to notify her that she prescribed a drug I literally just told her is not safe for me to take! Reckless, lazy care, dangerous "care" .

I did not have to wait long. The staff was very kind. My concerns were appreciated. The doctor was thoughtful and transparent with her thinking. She called me after the visit to let me know what a test result had indicated.I felt I received fine care.

I recently visited GoHealth Urgent Care in Port Washington, and I had a fantastic experience. While I regret not remembering everyone’s names, I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and professional the entire team was from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The care I received was thorough, and everyone I interacted with showed genuine compassion and expertise. I am very grateful for the wonderful service provided and would highly recommend GoHealth Urgent Care in Port Washington to anyone in need of prompt, high-quality care.
