I’ve never been to an urgent care before, and I have to say it was a great experience. This location was recommended to me by Jazaiah Santos, who I believe works there as well, and I’m very thankful for the recommendation. I was examined by PA Jamie Singer, who was very pleasant and understanding. He truly took the time to listen and allowed me to fully explain my symptoms, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The X-ray tech and medical assistant were also very pleasant and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location, and I would definitely drive the extra mile to come here—even when sick. We need more pleasant providers like this.

Everything about your Plainview location was deserving of 5 stars. Short wait time. The front desk person was courteous and helpful; the nurse who did the intake and EKG was very compassionate, and the physician was very knowledgeable and informative. The office was very roomy, bright and clean. I was impressed that I received a follow up call the next day! All things considered, the visit gave me peace of mind, and I would highly recommend this location!

It went very well, the staff did exactly what I needed done and requested, which was to remove the wax from one ear and check that the other ear was clear. It was all done very quickly, the wait was only five minutes, and treatment only took about 15 mins. I was very glad to get it done, and so quickly as well.

I had a truly great experience recently. Such patience and professionalism from the whole staff, and virtually no waiting time. Jamie the PA was wonderful and efficient, front desk, patient care tech and radiology tech were great with a very kid-friendly approach, everyone handled their roles perfectly, especially when dealing with a small child. I was so happy with the care and attention! Definitely happy I chose to bring my child here to be cared for.

The entire urgent care experience was nice and quick, from check-in to rooming to seeing the provider. Both the MA and provider were attentive and made me feel comfortable. Jamie was kind and even took time to explain insurance details, which I truly appreciated.
