Horrible!!!! Front desk staff is not friendly. The front desk person looked like she hated working there and did not want to help the public. Patients want to see friendly faces and some have medical conditions that need their spirits lifted. You pay when you get there and then get an additional bill from their billing department!! A statement claiming you owe when you already paid. Horrible company!! I have to send billing a fax of my receipt. Get with the times Northwell Go health! Now I have to go to FedEx (pay for the fax) to fax my receipt (proof of payment). Criminal scam company! Stay far away from this facility and any Northwell Go health Urgent care.

Rebecca Proca was spot on with her diagnosis and ordering of 2 scripts for pneumonia and asked me to follow up on Monday with chest x-ray. My pulmonologist said she was happy with the meds she ordered and referral of chest x-ray as well. Within 2 days I was feeling so much better

Dr. Rebecca Proca has helped my wife and I twice over the past two and a half weeks. She prescribed everything my wife needed to help heal the flu, and on the second visit helped her heal a sinus infection. Dr. Proca is highly compassionate, listens deeply, and I’m just so grateful for her and this office. They were a life saver!! Highly recommend her and this office!

From walking in as a new patient I was warmly greeted by the two cheery employees running the desk, the gentleman made new patient check in easy as I didn't know what to do and would have been terrible with kiosk- I was brought into the room in a very quick time- reviewed my concerns and issue that brought me in They advised dr will be in shortly and a minute later a kind woman dr came in reviewed my rash confirmed what it was and advised she will send script to pharmacy and we were done Usually at the other walk in I go to (but way further than my house) even with an appointment you have to prepare to sit for an hour then go to the room and wait 45 min then dr comes in talks to you and you end up another 15 min sitting waiting before they come back to dismiss you and scripts are sent end

5 Star to Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. Super clean, bright & newly renovated office, M.D. Rebecca and her crew are very professional, friendly and helpful. This is an excellent run urgent care center highly recommend.
