Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

This has been the best urgent care I have been coming to. But today the staff was very unprofessional. I booked an appointment, I arrived on time. A Walk in went ahead of me. When I knew I should be next. Did not say anything bc I knew it wouldn't make a difference. I waited my turn. The nurse who took my vitals had a rude tone , she asked me what was my symptoms when I responded she walked out the room to talk to the receptionist who apparently didn't inform her my symptoms. Mean while she had asked me prior to me going in the room, after waiting for about half hr after I checked in.... while I waited I witness how they would talk about the previous patients that were seen and talked about their scheduling due to the weather instead of doing their job. The staff, from the moment I walked through the door, was warm and welcoming. I was helped immediately. While I waited my turn to see the doctor, it was obvious how well they got along by their interactions with each other. The doctor and the tech were both attentive to my concerns. The xray I needed was done efficiently and professionally by the technician. The office is clean and neat, obviously cared for. That atmosphere, along with the staff, made my experience a 10! My visit was on 10/18 at 915am. Lindenhurst office.

had an appointment at 5:45 and just left at 7:14. the first technician who came in was getting mad at me for not knowing how to spell the medication i’m on. she was going a strep test and i was nervous, wondering if it would be uncomfortable. she said “well does it usually?” she forgot to do a covid test and after the provider came in i had to wait another half hour for that. the dr was nice but didn’t seem to really care that i had a cold and didn’t give me much of a care plan. she wanted to recheck my blood pressure and got me worried, telling me it was abnormally high all to just send me off with nasal spray and cough syrup. i will say richard, the tech, was super nice and friendly. he was really comforting and the only one who listened to me. i also didn’t like how payment was online o

My daughter didn’t have to wait. The nurse was so kind and explained everything to her. The test went quickly and my daughter’s nerves were calmed by everyone.

Had an 8am appointment, followed directions as I was told to be there 10 minutes early to check in. I was rudely kicked out of the office and told to stand outside until 8am. I was confused and said the text said to come 10 minutes early I was told “wait outside or go somewhere else”. Since it is winter and I am SICK I chose to go elsewhere!!!! Where they were nice!
