Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

We went to this Urgent Care on Monday, January 26 after the storm. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here especially considering they were short-staffed because of the weather. They took their time with us without rushing through things. I would definitely recommend using this Urgent Care if you are in the area.

Very efficient, professional and personable office staff. I was able to make an appointment online and did not have to wait. I left with my diagnosis and prescription was called in and waiting for pick up. I will continue to use this office as my urgent care of choice. The website was easy to manage and Keisha was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Very nice clean facility, my appointment was on time. Nurse practitioner helped me right away. Prior to this I was not aware of this facility being with my insurance. The online sign up I would give a 3. Terrible

I had lost my voice and got diagnosed very fast. They were very good at the entire process and I felt comfortable the entire time. It also happens to be conveniently located to my home. I was happy for their high degree of professionalism and thoroughness. I would highly recommend them.

Today we took our toddler here due to a bad cough he developed. Turn’s out he has RSV. I can’t say enough kind words of how amazing the staff was here! We hope to not have to come back but will definitely return here if ever needed. Highly recommend this urgent care!
