Prompt intake. Competent Tech and PA. Evaluation was prompt. But, had problem with prescribed med. Subsequently, IMPOSSIBLE to directly contact the Glen Cove facility by phone. Had to go through a ridiculous voice tree. Had to leave a message -TWICE!!!! Finally got a return call later in the day. Issue was referred to an external "team". No problem, except for the delay. Meds were successfully changed. On site experince was great! Subsequent contact was UNACCEPTABLE!

I have taken my family to this urgent care twice, and both experiences were outstanding. The service is very fast (we never had to wait), and the doctors and staff are extremely professional and kind. During one visit, my father-in-law went in after an accidental fall. Dr. Puneet Gill and the nurse provided a careful physical examination and determined that his rib was not injured, so an X-ray wasn't necessary. They even refunded the visit because they felt no major treatment was required, despite giving us a thorough assessment and clear guidance. Their honesty, professionalism, and compassion truly stood out. Highly recommend this urgent care!

This has been at least the 4th trip to Northwell Health-Urgent Care in Glen Cove on Forest Ave. They are convenient to get too in the north shore area of Long Island and they are open until midnight. Each time we go, the physicians assistant is friendly and takes the time to listen to our symptoms so she can treat us and we can be on our way quickly. The staff is friendly and the check in is easy. It’s our go to when we can’t wait for an appointment with our primary doctor.

Treatment and staff were great. Billing has been a nightmare. I received a bill for over $500 - when I called to ask if my insurance was billed, the person from their billing team told me it had. When I pressed further, explaining there is no way, he recanted and said the request actually had timed out and my insurance company never answered (I was seen in June, this bill arrived in August). I called my insurance, who said actually they had paid them, and sent me proof they paid them and that I owed only $45. I called back to try to resolve this discrepancy, and have been jumping through hoops ever since. Faxes have been sent with the proof from my insurance company, multiple calls, their billing team telling me to “just wait another week and maybe it will resolve” or “it takes 7-10 busin

Fast efficient and friendly! I did have a booked appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour. My issue was resolved and I was even told all the necessary info to help with my care! I was very impressed!
