Tanner is very patient, one on one therapy. Office staff very personable.

I was sent to PT for a rotator cuff and bicep tear. I was going to another facility in Gaylord (Dynamic) for weeks and the receptionist was extremely rude. Just walking in, I felt I had inconvenienced her. I was not progressing even though I was doing all the exercises at therapy and home regularly. Eight weeks into it, when I went back to my surgeon, he was very displeased with my progression. I developed "frozen shoulder" which meant extensive therapy 3 x a week (instead of twice). He recommended I go to a different PT company, so I switched to North Sport. What a difference!!! They worked extensively on passive stretching in every which way. From the moment you enter the clinic to the moment you leave you receive nothing but great care and attention. The entire staff is professional. Tanner is very knowledgeable and spends the time to give you the best treatment. Highly recommend!

Have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of the entire staff from Dr. Tanner to Emily and the front desk Kelly. Appreciate their holistic and innovative hands on approach to my rehab. Highly recommend!

Sent here via VA consultation 2018 through 2019 for therapy that was working phenomenally. Then the VA suddenly stopped what was working(go figure right?). I requested a different VA primary care physician at the VACBOC & received one. She found this place in my records, asked a few questions, just like that I’m back in for physical therapy. They helped me away from my walking cane last time. I’m excited to see what gains the wonderful staff helps me with this time around. They get to know you and what will help you. Only physical therapy I have been to that actually does that.
