Northside Urgent Care - Lawrenceville

The staff was professional and attentive. I was seen in a timely manner, my symptoms were taken seriously, and the provider explained the treatment plan clearly. I appreciated that imaging and breathing treatments were done on site. Overall, the care helped improve my symptoms and I felt supported during the visit.

5 Stars ⭐ all the way!!! I had to visit on 12/2 I received excellent service and care from the time I walked in with receptionist/ registration to the end. I did need X-rays, every staff member was kind and professional. The office is very immaculate, the doctor was very informative, yet sensitive to my concerns and needs. When those moments arise and I need urgent care for me or my family, this will definitely be choice the location of my choice. Thank you again for excellent service 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I was extremely impressed with how well this urgent care was operated. The staff were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly with the care that I needed. So glad this facility is in my community!

Went to this urgent care for the first time Wednesday December 17, 2025. I was referred by my voice therapist. I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. She examined me thoroughly.She explained her concerns about my results. She informed me I should follow up with my primary care physician. I was in and out about an hour. That was the quickest I ever been seen at an urgent care. I would recommend this urgent care to my family and friends.

Staff and P.A Autumn Thomas were most excellent and did definitely excell in service, proficient, personable, caring and concerned. I only wish they had an independent office with the entire staff that was there on 1/22/26. I would certainly choose her as my primary doctor and staff. Great job ladies! 👏🏽
