Northside Urgent Care - Cumming

We had a wonderful experience at this practice! My son had a very bad cut to his knee. They tried so hard to do stitches or surgical glue however, once cleaning it out, it couldn’t be done. They were so nice to get it cleaned out, the healing looks great. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They even gave my son Doritos just to distract him during the cleaning procedure. The medical/nurse assistant was wonderful and the nurse practitioner that we saw was so great. They were so polite, kind, courteous, prompt. We came in in the evening and thought they closed at seven, however, they did not close until eight and did not rush us at all, and completely took their time with us. We greatly appreciate them. This place us useless. I don't think doctor here are qualified to be even nurse. my kid had index finger injury. they just cleaned up and gave antibiotic ointment. when we went to pediatrician 2 days after (due to holidays) doctor was surprised they urgent care has not prescribed any oral antibiotic medication. the infection got bigger and we have to for our patient surgery which was very painful.

Visited this urgent care twice already and I have only positive things to say after today’s visit. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and the doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this urgent care for all your medical needs!

My wife was there just this morning and it was an exceptional experience. They were fast, efficient and most importantly thorough. Checked for COVID, strep and flu to isolate her illness. We have had several positive experiences at this location. Thank you!!!

Undoubtably the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. These doc in the boxes are a dime dozen. There are plenty of other places to spend your time and money.
