Northside Urgent Care - Creekstone

I’ve been here multiple times and every visit has been quick and smooth. I’m always in and out fast, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I get a clear diagnosis each time along with easy-to-follow instructions and what to do if I need a follow-up. Highly recommend this urgent care!

My husband had eye injury and we walked into urgent care.. we asked front lady will you do eye xrays..she said yes and they charged fees. Then doctor comes and sees and says omg this need to be checke din ER. one of the worst place to go..they dont know what they are doing

Just now talked to Melissa, she was so rude and was not explaining why my test results were sent to.out of network. Never seen such a rep..Please take action against her as she was so unprofessional towards patients..Such a great place where we have Hannah and other great reception people but one rotten egg spolis the kitchen

This urgent care is amazing! The facility is clean and peaceful. The staff have always been friendly and the wait time is minimal. I am usually in and out within 45 min or less. I have had to come in for various reasons and the provider there is knowledgeable, professional and has excellent bed side manner. I highly recommend for any medical needs.

I have been to this location multiple times for many different reasons since they opened. Check in is easy, wait times are minimal, providers are wonderful. Same experience for my daughter any time she has gone there. My daughter and I have an immune deficiency so we don’t always fall under the same standard of care as a ‘normal’ person would. The providers have always been respectful and mindful of that when providing treatment for us. We definitely recommend Creekstone location!
