Northside Radiology Associates

Every person I came in contact with here was fabulous! Very friendly, warm, and welcoming. With everything that was going on, and it being my first time ever having to go through something like this, they continued to reassure me that I was in good hands. It was very comforting knowing they care and will take the steps in showing you they do.

Getting my paperwork done took an hour. Between the waiting and then they couldn’t find my doctor in the system. I don’t know what they were doing. It was very frustrating. Then I had to wait more for my mammogram. Once the gal called me in, she was absolutely wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely excellent at her job. She was cracking me up and the only reason why I scheduled my next appointment for next year.

All things considered, it was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Dr. Cantrell and Madison we're wonderful and the rest of the staff were pleasant and polite.

It was seamless, but would have preferred an explanation of what service I was paying for exactly. I made three different payments that came in separately. I knew I had used Northside services, just wanted clarification as to which of the service I was paying for on each bill notice.

I was there and Robert was who did my MRI. I have had unpleasant expierences before but this was outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about Robert! He was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable! Overall, a very pleasant time!
