Worst experience ever. I drove 2.5 hours to get to the place, got stock in traffic, so my 1.5h travel became 2.5h travel. Knowing by the GPS I would be late I called and called from 7:30 ( the time they are suppose to open, yeah right) and finally got someone at 7:45 to confirm if I could keep my appointment.I had another 45 min to drive and didn't want it to waste, they assured me all is good if it is within 60 min. When I arrive, paid ther parking $6 they told me sorry we have to reschedule the other department didn't communicate with us so... whatever. That was the attitude. I left and while I was going down the leevator they called and said you can wait another 1.5 h so we can see you. Disgraceful, never back to this place.

I had foot surgery done by Dr Zaman (a re-do from a different practice that did not take) and he is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to associate with. He is knowledgeable and provided very realistic recovery timelines, as well as fantastic follow up. This is my only doctor review as I wanted to share my fantastic experience.

THE WORST customer service ever. Dr Andrachuck does not take time to listen and repeats the words THERAPY, THERAPY constantly. Getting a copy of your X-rays is a nightmare, please do not come here. I called to talk to someone and the quality of customer services honestly is miserable.

Great staff, front office is outstanding. Dr Bonvallet is straight to the point! Tells the truth and speaks his mind! Knows his medicine has learned from the best! The entire staff has that CAN DO ATTITUDE. They simply tell the truth, that’s you can ask for!
