Northside Hospital Cherokee Imaging

Firstly, registration and Karen in radiology were awesome. The downhill climb started with technician. He was way too rushed pushing the wheelchair. It made me motion sick. He went around corners so close, my arm almost hit the wall and when going through doors I actually thought we were going to run right into them. He chews gum open mouthed (yuk). I had several tests. For a couple, he was actually relieved we made it on time. Needs time mgmt training. I'm sure I could go on but I think this is enough

From the ER, to the Cath Lab, to the cardiac observation floor and, to the ICU. I was treated like I mattered and like I was one of their family members. I don’t have one bad thing to say about my experience. I highly recommend this hospital. Is everyone going to have a positive experience every time they go somewhere? Probably not but my 5 days spent here felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Also major shout out to the chefs and kitchen crew for the best hospital food I’ve ever tasted.

Had an MRI of my prostate schedule by Dr Capaluto's office at Cherokee Northside.. Arrived today...paid...got undressed and then was told to come back Saturday since I had not done the prep! I was Never Given any prep information!! Total incompetence

Veterans, DO NOT go here when the VA refers you to this location. They will bill you because they don’t know how to bill the VA!

What a horrible experience….terrible pain.Never again.
