Northside Hospital Atlanta

I am currently in ER (Northside)as we speak and I was transported by my primary facility Kaiser Permanente. I wish I could’ve stayed at Advance Care Kennesaw (KP) . Here at Northside I don’t really feel comfortable. The Nurse whom I asked nicely for a blanket because I am anemic she just hung up on me. I called bk she came with the blanket but actually thought I could put it on me myself. She said I had to ask her too. But I have never had to ask a Nurse or Nurse Aide to put the blanket over me to keep me warm. No empathy at all. I understand the frustrations of working in ER but if you can’t or not in the mood please go into another field. If I wasn’t in pain I would catch an uber back to the Kaiser Permanente to get my vehicle and go home and just be in pain. I work in the wellness fiel

I could not give this hospital a full 5 stars. The nurses that took care of my sister and new niece, hands down AMAZING!! The HUGE downside was the dietary department. My sister is diabetic, it is in her record. She has done an amazing job over the years maintaining her sugar levels. It is very apparent by the way her dietary restrictions have been handled that the dietary department and hospital just don’t care. On multiple occasions she told dietary that she needed a diabetic meal. Repeatedly, they brought her items that were not diabetic approved. Like how hard is this??!! She told multiple of her nurses that contacted dietary on her behalf. She also told a CNA that contacted dietary on her behalf as well. This hospital continues to bring her items she cannot eat. I am enjoying my day at Northside Atlanta Hospital, and my tech Lakita. She is wonderful and my nurse Emma is also wonderful. They’re treating me nicely and they’re being very respectful and they’re making sure that I am very comfortable and I am enjoying it. My pain is getting better thanks for the medication. The doctors are wonderful here. I really enjoy my stay at this hospital being admitted it’s not a good thing but being treated well makes the stay wonderful so I am really enjoying myself And I give them both an all five star because the doctor I

I want to take a moment and thank my Doctor Assia Stepanian and every Doctor and Nurse who assisted with my surgery. I was unable to get everyone's names but my family and I were well taken care of from the time we checked in till I was released to go home. The bedside manner and personal attention was beyond anything I could have imagined. Surgery is never an easy task but each step of the way the staff made me feel taken care of. Also to the Extended Recovery Nursing Team I can not say a Big Enough thank you for making my stay comfortable. The care I was given has aided in my swift recovery here at home.

Amazing experience! Wonderful drs and nurses! Delivered my babygirl here and they made the process seem like a breeze! Very attentive and patient! Sweet and caring! If I ever had more children it would be here! 5 stars ⭐️ almost didn’t want to leave
