If not for the amazing care of Dr. Leach and his nursing team, there would be 1 star and my business would long ago have been taken elsewhere. The administration and scheduling team are absolutely horrible. They have cost me so much time and frustration - between leaving me on hold for 5 or 10 minutes at a time, not knowing what tests I need prior to my appointment but refusing to transfer me to the nursing team so that I can ask, scheduling appointments unilaterally without giving me any notice until the morning of when they call and ask if I am coming, and just their general unprofessionalism. It's quite ironic that professionals serving HEART PATIENTS cause so much unnecessary stress and frustration.

I went there today as a referral. Everything went great until it was time to check out. I told the receptionist that my max out of pocket had been met and she said that she would check. A couple of minutes went by and she said my co pay was $50.00. I paid it, scheduled my next appointment and left. I called my insurance company right away and was told I should not have paid a copay, that my tier 1 and 2 had been met. The insurance representative asked if the office checked before charging me and I said that the receptionist said she did. The insurance representative put me on hold a couple of times while tring herself to call the office, no one answered her call. Been terrible since day one. Scheduling coordinator is rude and cuts me off. It’s very hard to schedule and appointment. They’ve called my medication in to the wrong pharmacy and wrong town. I was told my results would come back in two days, I called today and was told they’d take two weeks. I’ve never received patient care like this before in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. However, I did my stress test at the Roswell location and they were extremely friendly and nice. I also didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment. I should have known it was going to be awful when it took 2 MONTHS to even get an appointment. Turns out when a new patient calls to schedule a drs. appointment you get to leave a message and the office calls you back at their convenience. This alone almost prevented me from going but I got the referral from a doctor I trust so I persisted. So after finally scheduling my appointment I arrive with new patient paperwork in hand 20 min. early for my appointment only to wait 40 MINUTES to be called back. All while watching numerous individuals loaf around the front desk discussing what to buy for lunch. Well after being taken back I had to unique privilege of waiting another 50 MINUTES before seeing the doctor just so I could discuss what I had already established with the doctor that referred

Dr.Darmoch and his nurses are the best. He listens and explains things clearly so that I understand. He takes time with you and doesn't rush you out the door. Thank you Dr. Darmoch and team for everything you do.
