The person I spoke with this morning was not too nice or professional. Even if the location did have availibility I would'nt have scheduled anything with them. The person who answered the phone told me my refferal was there, but there are no notes that came along with it. And she said it as if it was my problem that whatever notes she was looking for were not there. I now see why this location ratings are not so good. I will make sure to tell ANYONE who is looking for a neuroligist (even if the're not looking for a neurologist), not to visit Northside Gwinnett Neurology Associates. Note to the doctor: Hiring quality staff matters. Your staff is a representation of you. This person should not be working on your behalf with this type of attitude. Thanks for making my experience difficult

Charmaine who is the nurse for Dr. Lee is VERY VERY rude and unprofessional. On numerous occasions having to interact with her for appointments or medication assistance, she is is the worse nurse and very sarcastic. Even the pharmacist assistant said the same thing about her. She has a strong accent so its difficult understanding her so when I repeat her question to make sure I heard correctly she gets smart mouthed with me as if im her child. No one wants a nurse like her. She needs to be reported to the Board of Nursing and is a bad fit for a neurological facility.

I wish if I could give them no star at all I was trying to make an appointment with them since July2024 but they told me they don’t accept new patients. And they will put me on cancellation list and will be available bu February 2025 I said okay. Then I just started having more pain and my doctor referred me to them again and I called to make an appointment by march 2025. And the went back and forth with me on the phone asking for my information and asked me to let my doctor to fax them all my information again and tests. And everytime i call they say they don’t have my info until i proof for them that i faxed it to them. After 2 weeks calling more than 8 times talking to them. They were oh we don’t accept new patients in that moment. I was so upset and so mad to them. Because why you guys

Do not go here. Trust your care and the care of your loved ones to practitioners and nurses who are ethical and not self serving. Good neurologist are certainly difficult to find, but wait it out. The doctors and nurses in this practice (and trust me, that's all they are doing is practicing) are not only subpar, they treat you like a number. Mohammad A. Kukaswadia talks about politics and complains that pharmaceutical companies make more money than he does. Maybe he entered the wrong profession, he's supposed to attend to patients, not center himself and his bottom line. They aren't up to date on resources or methods in the neurological field, and they are simply checking boxes. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

Recently decided to switch a family member to this practice. Patience is a virtue. I waited on hold …… not just with this office but many others call volumes are high everywhere. This practice was worth the time on hold. Most importantly Dr. Lakhanpal the time he spent explaining into detail about what was going on…. Made it so worth the time. Yes, I was frustrated about the phones but when the manager and staff greets you with a smile and you have doctor who actually spends time and doesn’t rush or get impatient with an elderly patient that is what matters to me. Manager stepped in after our appointment and apologized. It was genuine and kind just like the staff was. Main point is sometimes it worth the “wait” keep up the great work. Especially the TEAMWORK.
