Northside Gwinnett ANNEX 1400 & 1500

Northside Hospital at Gwinnett ANNEX has two Medical & Surgical units, 1400 and 1500 located at 650 Professional Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. 1400 Rooms are 1400-1424 and are located to the left of the building. 1500 Rooms are 1501-1524 and located towards the back of the building. Visitation Guidelines ⏰Hours: 8 AM - 8 PM 🔘 Visitor must be age 16 or older 🔘 2 visitors per patient at a time 🔘 1 visitor may stay the night Please sign in with your name, the patient room and time arrived and departed. For everyone's safety: 🔴 No visitors are allowed before 8 AM or after 8 PM. 🔴 Visitors staying overnight are NOT allowed to go to the vending machines after 8 PM. 🔴 Visitors that leave the building after 8 PM will NOT be allowed into the building.

My father has recently 3/'25 made use of the facilities, which are fairly new. The location was very clean, bright and open space in common areas, room was the same. Staff were very attentive and quick to assist, and friendly. Dad says the food is pretty good [considering he's a finicky eater that's a good report] with plenty of options for each meal (chosen in advance from their daily menu). His stay is for a little longer than a week, awaiting transfer to another facility; Dad would rate at 4+[no one is perfect]. I had a bit more interaction, and gave the place a walk through; have experience in the industry from business perspective, and having taken care of two dusabled/elderly with a total of nine physical therapy [rounds/incidents of injury/health requiring hospitalization] at varyi

Absolutely wonderful care for my mom. Clean, great nurses and doctors. Such great care!

HORRIBLE!!! NOT THE SAME QUALITY SERVICE AS THE MAIN HOSPITAL!!!
