This place does not respect people’s time. Was supposed to see Dr. Miso at 8am, showed up the door wasn’t even open at 7:55, check-in to be told Dr. Miso called out and I couldn’t be seen by him, I could see their PA, but it wouldn’t help because I was trying to establish a new family doctor. I was already last for work to come to this appointment. I understand things happen but someone should have called me before I wasted my time off from work and driving to the office, etc. Completely unprofessional.

Explicitly told this facility to not perform a covid test, as they are no longer covered by most insurances... they still performed the test and sent it off to the lab to be tested. I walked in telling them that I thought I had a sinus infection, as I am prone to them. Again, EXPLICITY told them to not perform a covid test, and they did anyway. Working on disputing charges now.

Everyone was great. Was seen quickly. Very thorough. Was treated the way I wanted. X ray tech very sweet and bubbly. Would highly recommend.

This is a post for their facility after Dr Thomas left. This office has been without a Dr for over 6 months which makes you wonder why the doctors left in the first place. The nurses and stuff are unprofessional, rude and aggressive. My mom has been treated there for 6 years with a very strict regiment of her meds so prior to Dr Thomas leaving, he made sure she had prescriptions written for 6 months. They first kept on sending the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy so my mom kept on complaining so they told her she can’t go there anymore. Today she went to get her medical records and they aggressively told her she is not welcomed there and they aren’t obligated to giver her her records. They then called the police on her. Are you kidding me? You call the police on a 78 year old woman and

Went in feeling sick, slight temperature had both a flu and covid test done. Doctor comes back states I have the flu. Paid and left. Ten minutes later they call me and ask me to come back. Go back and they said they made a mistake and I did have covid. Never tested me again. No fever after 8 hours, wasn't feeling bad and I along with Dept of Public Health agree that they should have retested.
