Dr Carothers and the team at Northside ENT have been absolutely wonderful! Dr Carothers took me on immediately, as I had a monster infection in my nose that needed prompt attention. He made sure to quickly fit me in his schedule on multiple occasions and stayed on top of treatment, ensuring all steps along my recovery were carefully administered and monitored until finally resolved. Dr Carothers has an easy manner. He explained everything patiently and completely. I felt I was treated as if I were a long standing patient, when in fact I had just come to the practice as an emergency. I was treated with great care by Dr Carothers and entire team. The guy is a miracle worker! This is the second time I had to have a surgery for nasal polyps (previously with another provider) and the difference is night and day! No need for pain meds after surgery, not much bleeding, and oh, my god! What a difference! I cannot recommend him enough! If I could give him ten stars I would.

1.Binky Barnes at the check-in had a crazy attitude and I think if you look like that you’re not entitled to a bad attitude you need to be nice so you can compensate for what you look like. 2. The Caucasian woman that was taking information before the P.A came in was extremely scornful, And I think that you need to like this job to do it effectively. Very judgmental environment they’re not there to help. It’s all just to boost their ego. Like why would you get into the healthcare field if you’re not a caring person? 😂

Dr. Carothers is a truly gifted surgeon. I had a functional rhinoplasty with a turbinate reduction and it turned out beautifully. I would 100 % recommend him and his wonderful staff.

We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointment time and wasn't seen by anyone until an hour later. There is literally no one in the lobby waiting BUT us! The gentleman came in 45 minutes later and his daughter was IMMEDIATELY seen!!! Also, every time we come here we have to pay. There is an extreme lack of communication between this office and the billing department. This will definitely be out last visit to this office. I would highly recommend finding another practice that values your time as a patient.
