Northside Dawson Primary Care

I was very happy with Mary Kay. She moved away so I saw Dr Musser he was nice then I made an appointment with him but was scheduled with Jennifer she was nice. A scan was supposed to be scheduled I did not get a call I have tried now 4 times to have someone call me back but no calls in over a week. I needed to discuss my meds and still no calls. Last time I called it seems Dr Musser and Jennifer were not on the list of doctors. I am forced to go elsewhere. I can’t rely on this group We were with Northeast Georgia but insurance changed.

I love Dr. Morgan and the entire staff. I’ve heard that the Big Canoe area residents are in for a treat to have Dr. Anderson open his new practice there. I’m so grateful that I found this practice in May 2023, the level of truly “caring” for me goes beyond my medical needs of my potentially terminal illness. They all have their eyes on me and can immediately tell if something is off and that I need to be in the hospital! They go beyond any level of care that I’ve ever received!

Im so glad I decided to come in and establish being a new patient Everyone was super friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Morgan is fantastic. He has the best beside side manner. He was so easy to talk too. I adore his nurse too! She is super sweet and funny. It felt like I had been coming there for years. They are definitely a rare find. I'm so grateful.

Dr. Saba Haeringer is truly exceptional, and I have nothing but respect for her care and expertise. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff and the administrative side of the practice. Over the course of multiple visits, I encountered repeated issues—prescriptions not sent, incorrect dosages, missing paperwork, and promised faxes never arriving. These weren’t isolated incidents; it was a consistent pattern at every appointment. Despite my appreciation for Dr. Haeringer, the frustration of having to make repeated calls and follow up endlessly became overwhelming. Worse, when I voiced my concerns, I was made to feel like I was the problem—dismissed and gaslit rather than supported. I genuinely wanted to stay with this provider, but I can no longer overlook the chaos and

My daughter went in for stomach pain she had for over three days. An xray was performed and she was told that she has a white mass on her colon and that she needed to go to the ER for a CT. 5 hours Later at the ER I found out she wasn’t even seen by a doctor at urgent care nor was her X-ray looked at by a doctor or radiologist who would have known what they were looking at. They also made my daughter sign a paper stating they could not be held liable if she chose not to go to the ER like they advised her to do. Isn’t one of the purposes of urgent care to avoid going to the ER? This urgent care center passed my daughter off and offered no advice whatsoever.
