I have been using this office for years and their billing practices are predetory. 4 times I have been quoted for services approved them and then 4 months later received bills for $400-$600 more than what was quoted. Great dentist terrible billing. I am taking my families dentistry needs elsewhere

After years of being a patient, they dropped Delta Dental as an in-network partner. My family had no choice but to go to a dentist that works with the biggest dental insurance provider Not sure if it was greed or incompetence that drove their decision, either way we are not looking back. Customers, patients, beware! My wife and I have been a patient at Northpoint Dental for nine years. A few weeks ago, we found that Northpoint Dental and our insurance company was having disagreements. I received a call that they were unable to provide any service unless I would pay out-of-pocket. Long time customer of Northpoint Dental. After my last visit I got a bill in the mail, my insurance didn't pay it all like usual. Found out they took my insurance off their "in network" but didn't tell me about it leaving me to pay the "out of network" price which was about two thirds of the bill. Northpoint puts the oh mighty dollar before their customers. Greed
