First off, I was in horrific pain after spring tap, and they refused to give me a blood patch, despite being admitted into the hospital again after the fact because it was a holiday weekend and he didn't want to come back in and they wouldn't let another anesthesiologist do it. Second, They sent my bills to collections, despite knowing that my insurance company was working with them to get them handled and it was in the appeal process with my insurance company. As the woman at their collection agency stated they are very insignificant bills Yet even though it was very apparent that my insurance company was working to get these handled and have them coded properly while they were in an appeal process, they still decided to send them to collections.

Got sent to collections even after paying my bill. Get ready to have to fight with their billing group. What a poorly managed payment group

Shocked to find similar reviews to what I was about to leave. Received no bill, but just saw the collection agency post on my credit report. I'm absolutely mortified. Over a $50 bill?! I've NEVER had anything go to collections. I could've paid that had I known it was owed to them. **Update- After contacting them, come to find out I had already paid this balance 9 MONTHS AGO!!! Absolutely wild I'd be sent to collections, a mark added to me credit, over a balance I don't even owe and ZERO correspondence. Feels like a scam! I'm so disappointed in this company.

I had the same experience as many others. I received a collection notice from a debt collector. I pay ALL my bills! Contacted Northland Radiology and expressed my anger. Was told bills went out for three straight months totalling $120 then went to collections. NEVER received a bill (except the debt collectors). They have a problem.

The imaging was fine but the bill paying is a joke. I paid what I owed the day I visited. I had an insurance adjustment later on, received one final notice for an amount owed of $14. I paid the day I received the final notice and was still turned into a collection agency. Sadly this is the second time this has happened with this company. I just got off the phone with their supervisor and they don't give a phone call if they haven't heard from you, they just turn you into a collection agency. I'd avoid using this service and if you do be thorough with following up to make sure your bill is good, because even it's paid in full it's likely going to be adjusted.
