Northland Occupational Health & DOT Compliance

I went to Northland for my DOT health card renewal. This was my second year and just like last year, it was quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great experience! Office is easy to find in Ramsey.

I took a family member here and I was so dumbfounded on the the young woman they had working there. I now am In recovery and have had my own hair follicles done in the past multiple times multiple places during my addiction. AND this was a first I have ever seen on how much hair they took off my family members hair, left her with hardly anything thing left on her head. It is supposed to be the size of a pen or ✏️ pencil. Not a whole horse tail/ pony tail. The lady used salon thinning scissors and my family member was still pulling globs out the rest of the day. It was not a calm professional experience what so ever. I am convinced it was the lady's first time ever doing this. In my personal opinion I would not recommend any one going to this facility. Please if your in this position to hav

Very professional. My appointment fell at the same time as an internet outage and you wouldn’t have even noticed if they didn’t say something about it. It was very quiet when I came in (my appointment was at 1:15pm) and the staff was extremely accommodating and down to earth. I’ve only had one other experience getting a drug screen and the comparison of the two locations I’ve been to are polar opposites. This place is efficient, even comforting (which I never thought I’d ever use to describe a DOT experience). Really great place.

The staff is extremely respectful, nice and helpful, especially for helping me get the stuff that I need done for work. I’m also happy that they’re extremely patient as well when it comes to helping someone like me. I just want to tell the whole staff is keep up the good work.

Great people. Very flexible in a pinch. Was able to move my appointment for DOT drug appointment 3 times. They made the process quick and easy!
