I had an excellent experience here with Dr. Schultz. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the issues with my hearing aids, repaired them and reprogrammed them to customize my hearing needs. They've never worked better. I will recommend Northland Audiology to all my friends!

Exceptional Care for your loved ones. My mother has profound/extreme hearing loss and her Phonak BiCross hearing aids began to have issues. We called the Phonak customer service and we were provided a list of clinics.  The first clinic, shockingly refused to see her since the hearing aids were not purchased with them even though they are listed as a Phonak provider and her hearing aids were under warranty (should be mentioned, going to original audiologists was not feasible since it is in a different state that is not adjacent to ours).
