Took dog to have nails trimmed and he came back bleeding and they won't admit cutting him!! And one nail bled cuz they cut too short! Never going back

The Stone family is so wonderful with my dog and very knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and will always try to get me in at the last minute if they can. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their fur baby!

Northgate is by far the BEST veterinary Clinic I’ve been to they take excellent care of my animals and I’ve been taking them to Northgate for years! They’re extremely helpful and very friendly people. They do excellent work and really listen to you with your concerns and questions.

I wish I could remember the ladies name that i talked to, because I had a few questions about special services that they just didn’t offer. This lady listened to all of them and just didn’t know the answers to them. Not that she should have known the answers it that my questions were about things that most people in her field wouldn’t know. She took my name and number and said she would ask someone else that she thought would know. About 20 minutes after their closing time, I received a call back (that i figured wasn’t going to happen just because of the odd questions) and she gave me referrals, phone numbers, and was happy to give me all the info that I needed.
