The entire staff at Northgate Family Dentistry is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I also greatly appreciate the fact that they were on time and I wasn’t waiting around for my appointment. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Northgate Family Dentistry when bringing my elderly mother for care. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff showed genuine respect, patience, and kindness — something especially important when working with senior patients. Dr. Hickman was incredibly attentive and gentle, explaining every step clearly and making sure my mother felt comfortable and safe. The whole team demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and true dedication, and we always felt supported and well cared for. It is rare to find a dental office where people are treated with such warmth, dignity, and humanity. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend Northgate Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care for their loved ones and the whole family.

This is a great place! Had a bad situation with my teeth occur over the weekend and tried multiple other dentists and none of them seemed interested in helping. They either didn't have the time or didn't want to take the time to call my insurance company. Northgate took the time to work with me and my insurance and did an amazing job! From Jazmine to Zach and everyone in between. All of them were great! Super friendly and I know who to call first. Got another appointment set up and will be coming back!

This Dental Office literally saved my life! I had been sitting in another office for over 30 minutes, crying in pain, & not once did a Dr come out & check on me or anything. So I left. I called Northgate Family Dentistry & from the M.A. who answered the phone and got me checked in as I was driving to the office, to the Hygienist who immediately got me in a chair, and then the Dr who came to check on me and made sure I knew what was going, what my options were and made sure I was numb, comfortable and out of pain...I owe them my deepest gratitude! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I definitely made my follow up appointment for a cleaning in a couple of weeks! I highly highly recommend! Some family members of mine go here, but I’ve never been to this dentist before. I had an exposed nerve over Thanksgiving weekend and Northgate family dentist were able to squeeze me in that Monday for an emergency root canal. My whole experience there was great, felt no pain during the procedure, and the staff were kind and helpful in explaining payment/insurance process.
